Description
PORAUSPÄÄN HUUHTELUJÄRJESTELYDRILLING RINSE SYSTEM
Keksintö kohdistuu porauspään huuhtelujäijestelyyn, jossa porauspäähän kuuluu reiän 5 keskiosaa poraava terä ja sen ympärille lukitusjärjestelyn avulla irrotettavasti sovitettu rengasterä, jolloin lukitusjäijestely käsittää ainakin yhden aksiaalisuuntaisen uran toisessa terässä ja uraa pitkin siirtyvän lukituspalan toisessa terässä terien keskinäistä lukitusta varten ja edelleen huuhtelukanavat huuhteluilman johtamiseksi terien eteen sekä sieltä pois taakse päin suojaputken sisään ja että huuhtelukanava terien eteen on johdettu 10 sekä keskiterän keskivaiheilta ulos purkautuvaksi että ainakin yhtä lukitusjäjjestelyyn kuuluvaa aksiaalisuuntaista uraa pitkin mainittujen terien eteen purkautuvaksi.The invention relates to a drilling head rinsing stroke, wherein the drilling head comprises a blade drilling the central portion of the hole 5 and an annular blade removably arranged by a locking arrangement, the locking stroke comprising at least one axial groove in one blade thence rearwardly into the protective tube, and that the flushing passage in front of the blades is guided 10 to be ejected from the central stages of the central blade and to discharge through the at least one axial groove in the locking arrangement in front of said blades.
Ennestään tunnetaan runsaasti yllä olevan johdannon mukaisia huuhtelujäijestelyjä poralaitteissa, joissa on reiän keskiosaa poraava terä ja sen ympärillä reiän ulkoreunaa 15 poraava rengasterä. Esimerkkeinä näistä on mm. suomalainen hakemusjulkaisu FI-933074 ja patenttijulkaisu FI-109143.There are many prior art rinsing steps according to the above introduction in drill rigs having a blade drilling in the center of the hole and a ring bit drilling around the periphery of the hole. Examples of these are e.g. Finnish Application Publication FI-933074 and Patent Publication FI-109143.
A disadvantage of these solutions described above is that the impact surface between the center blade and the annular blade, or in some cases the impact surface 20 between the central blade and the ground tube driving the guard tube, is substantially reduced when the locking grooves are Each groove leading from * * * to the front reduces the impact surface created by the shoulders for its own width. * · *. If several consecutive • · · shoulders have to be made to increase the impact surface, this will result in thickening of the blade, which is undesirable because the 25. Blade will have to be left in the hole when drilling the end holes.
··· • · • · ······ • · · · ···
Tunnettujen ratkaisujen yhteydessä esiintyvien mm. edellä kuvatun haitan eliminoimi- • · *···* seksi on kehitetty uusi huuhtelujäqestely, jolle on tunnusomaista, että poistuvalle * huuhteluilmalle ja porausjätteelle on jäljestetty ainakin yksi lukitusurista erillinen ura • · • *·· 30 keskiterän reunalla, joka johtaa suojaputken sisään ja mainittu erillinen ura on joko ··· :...· kapeampi kuin lukituspala, poikkileikkausmuodoltaan erilainen kuin lukituspala tai : useammat erilliset urat ja useammat lukituspalat ovat keskenään epätasaisella jaolla • · · lukituspalan erilliseen uraan sijoittumisen estämiseksi terien asennusvaiheen aikana.In the case of known solutions, e.g. a new flushing test has been developed to eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantage, characterized by the fact that the flushing air and the drilling waste are followed by at least one groove separate from the locking grooves, leading to the inside of the guard tube and said separate groove is either ···: ... · narrower than the locking piece, different in cross-sectional shape than the locking piece, or: several separate grooves and several locking pieces are unevenly distributed with each other • · · to prevent the locking piece from being positioned in a separate groove;
22
Keksinnön etuna on, että vähimmillään vain yksi ura keskiterän pinnalla johtaa terän ulkoreunalla edestä taakse asti ja on täten vähentämässä iskupintaa. Rengasterä voidaan tehdä melko ohueksi ja kevyeksi reikään uhrattavaksi.An advantage of the invention is that at least only one groove on the surface of the center blade leads from the front edge to the outer edge of the blade and thus reduces the impact surface. The ring blade can be made quite thin and light to sacrifice in the hole.

Seuraavassa keksintöä selitetään lähemmin viittaamalla oheiseen piirustukseen, jossa Kuvio 1 esittää erästä keksinnön mukaista porauspäätä leikattuna linjaa I -1.In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which Figure 1 shows a drilling head according to the invention, cut in line I-1.
Kuvio 2 esittää porauspäätä edestä nähtynä.Figure 2 is a front view of the drilling head.
Figure 1 shows a drilling head of a drill device having a central blade 1 drilling in the center of the hole and a removably locking ring blade 2. The interlocking of these is known per se using the bayonet locking principle. The center blade 1 can be pulled back from inside the ring blade 2 and the guard tube 4 by first twisting it slightly and then pulling it out. A ground shoe 3 is welded to the front of the shield tube 4 which does not rotate when drilling. The annular blade 2 rotates like a central blade 1, which results in a rotational but axially locked connection between the annular blade 2 and the ground shoe 3.
The flushing air is led inside the central blade 1 in front of the blade 1 through a duct 5. Part of the air is led to the duct 6, which is an axial locking groove for the bayonet lock, and along it 20 also in front of the blades 1 and 2. The flushing air carries drilling debris from the front of the blade and: •: · 1: exits the duct 8 along the dotted line to the rear into the protective tube 4.
• · · • · • · • · ·• · · · · · · · · ·
Kuviossa 2 esitetään edestä katsottuna terät 1 ja 2, jolloin nähdään huuhteluilman tulokanavan 5 purkauskohta 7 sekä lukitusuraa 6 pitkin tuleva huuhteluilma. Huuhte- :.f.: 25 luilmalle on poistumisura 8 ja lisäksi esitetään toinen lukitusura 10. Lukitusurat 6 ja 10 • · · *...· päättyvät terän 1 ulkoreunalla siten, että ura 10 päättyy kohtaan, missä bajonetin lukituspala 9 on esitetty (kuvio 1) ja ura 6 päättyy siihen, missä huuhtelukanavasta 5 tulee • · · • · *···1 haarakanava.Fig. 2 is a front view of the blades 1 and 2 showing the outlet 7 of the flush air inlet 5 and the flushing air flowing through the locking groove 6. Flush: .f .: 25 has an exit groove 8 and a second locking groove 10 is shown. The locking grooves 6 and 10 end at the outer edge of the blade 1 so that the groove 10 ends at the point where the bayonet locking piece 9 is shown ( 1) and the groove 6 terminates at where the flush channel 5 becomes a branch channel • · · • · * ···.
Figure 2 further shows that the shape of the channel 8 is a narrow and rather deep groove shape as compared to the shape of the grooves 6 and 10. The locking piece 9 runs along the grooves 6 and 10 axially: until it rotates the blade 1, it turns into the transverse groove of the bayonet on the surface of the blade 1 · · ·. The locking piece 9 is preferably made wider so that it does not fit in the groove 8, for example if there are only two grooves, such as grooves 6 and 8 and one of the locking pieces 9. If there are two locking pieces 9 3 and there are two grooves 6 or 10 and only one exit groove 8, as in Fig. 2, they may be even if the shape of the groove 8 is not suitable for the locking piece 9. The insertion of the blade 1 into the blade 2 is thus always correct.
