Claims (8)

1. Användning av säd, som behandlats genom att höja de hela sä-deskornens fukthalt tili minst 30 % fuktighet, och sedan torka kornen tili en 5 fukthalt under 12%, som antioxidant.
2. Användning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att man använder säd som behandlats genom att höja dess fukthalt tili 45 - 55 % fuktighet och torkat kornen till under 8 % fuktighet.
3. Användning enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av 10 att man använder kom som malts efter torkningen.
4. Användning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att man använder korn, malt, vete, räg eller havre.
5. Användning enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att säden används som antioxidant i vilken som heist process där fett kan härsk- 15 na.
