Abstract
The invention relates to a method and an installation for utilising heat in industrial or power station processes, in which the heat content of the process waste gases is boosted by humidifying the intake air. The humidification is carried out with the heating surfaces of the pre- heater 5, the heat exchange on both sides occurring as a phase change. The scrubber 1 comprises a venturi mixer 2. <IMAGE>
