Abstract

Gráficos para prácticas de gimnasia, caracterizado por el hecho de disponer destacando entre sí en los mismos y preferentemente mediante colorido, rayado o punteado, la zona del cuerpo afectada por el ejercicio, los músculos de dicha zona que trabajan más intensamente y los músculos afectados en menor intensidad; y junto al gráfico, una flecha indicativa del sentido y direcciones del movimiento; dos círculos diferenciados de aspecto entre sí, indicativos en relación con el movimiento, de los momentos en que se debe aspirar e inspirar, yendo tales círculos unidos por una línea orientada según el movimiento del miembro o miembros afectados, cual línea es susceptible de contener flechas indicativas por su característica distintiva del ritmo de la respiración; y finalmente dos círculos más pequeños que los anteriores y de correspondientes aspectos, indicativos de respiración normal.
