Abstract

The object of the invention is a method for determination of enzymes such as determination of blood factor, coagulation factor, enzyme factors. The method of the invention consists in producing a determination reagent in accordance with the formula: Z1 - Y - (Z2)NHZ3 and consists in determination of the H2-N-Z3 derivatives (hydrozines) released by the enzyme reaction, the determination being performed by electrochemical measurement relative to a standard reference curve; as an example, the concentration of the reagent is of the order of 10-6 mol/l. The method of the invention allows measurements to be made on very small volumes, on very dilute solutions, and on cloudy, heterogeneous and/or strongly coloured media.
