COMPRENDE: A) ROMPER ERITROCITOS DE BOVINO INFECTADOS CON CUERPOS INICIALES DE ANAPLASMA MARGINALES POR TRATAMIENTO CON ULTRASONIDOS; B) RECUPERAR CUERPOS INICIALES PURIFICADOS DE ANAPLASMA MARGINALE A PARTIR DE LOS ERITROCITOS ROTOS; C) ROMPER LOS CUERPOS INICIALES PURIFICADOS DE ANAPLASMA MARGINALES POR TRATAMIENTO CON UN DETERGENTE; D) HACER PASAR LOS CUERPOS INICIALES ROTOS A TRAVES DE UNA MATRIZ INSOLUBLE QUE TIENE ANTICUERPOS MONOCLONALES CONTRA UN DETERMINANTE EN UNA PROTEINA DE SUPERFICIE ANTIGENICA DE ANAPLASMA MARGINALE, PARA FIJAR SELECTIVAMENTE UNA PROTEINA DE SUERFICIE ANTIGENICA CON LOS ANTICUERPOS MONOCLONALES; Y E) RECUPERAR LA PROTEINA DE SUPERFICIE ANTIGENICA DE LA MATRIZ INSOLUBLE.
