The process, for use in making thin tubular polyolefing material, consists of (a) passing an extruded multi-layer over an air mandrel (b) providing a coating of 1-20 mg./sq. ft. polyorganosiloxane to the internal surface and (c) initially crushing the extruded tube to form a flat arrangement. Welding of the inside surface of the flattened tube to itself is greatly reduced and heat sealing ability to itself is improved.
