COMPRENDE: A) INMUNIZAR UN RATON CON UN ANTIGENO ASOCIADO A CARCINOMA DE PULMON ESCAMOSO (SLC); B) FUSIONAR LAS CELULAS PRODUCTORAS DE ANTICUERPO CON CELULAS DE MIELOMA PARA PRODUCIR CELULAS DE HIBRIDOMA; C) SELECCIONAR LAS CELULAS DE HIBRIDOMA FIJADAS AL ANTIGENO; D) CULTIVAR LAS CELULAS DE HIBRIDOMA EN UN FLUIDO CORPORAL HISTOCOMPATIBLE; E) SEPARAR EL FLUIDO CORPORAL DE LAS CELULAS DE HIBRIDOMA; Y F) PURIFICAR EL ANTICUERPO MONOCLONAL GENERADO, EL CUAL SE MARCA CON UN MARCADOR SELECCIONABLE.
