Abstract
Installation for the manufacture, from a tubular paste body, of a hollow pastry item with the form of a toffee or honeycomb/casing, of which at least the inner surface may be covered with a suitable product such as chocolate and/or filled inside with the creamy substance, a jam (preserve, crystallized fruit) or the like, which is noteworthy in that first means 11 are provided in order to advance the body c at a predetermined, adjustable linear speed and, optionally, second means 12 for imparting to the body a predetermined, adjustable rotational speed, in that said means 11, 12 are connected at least to a device for sensing/transmitting 21, 22 the linear and rotational speeds, the values thus captured being transmitted to an analogue calculation (computing) unit 3 which is connected to at least one speed variator 41, 42 which controls a first tachymetric generator 51 which makes it possible to control the rotational speed of a first motor 61 which controls the device for linearly advancing said body c housed in an apparatus a and, optionally, a second tachymetric generator 42 which makes it possible to control the rotational speed of a second motor 62 which controls the rotational device of the body c also housed in the apparatus a.
