En el extremo opuesto lleva otro orificio, roscado, a fin de dar paso al tornillo Allen destinado a la fijación del rodamiento, mediante un corte o ranura, que permite ejercer una ligera flexión o presión sobre el citado rodamiento. Existe otro agujero roscado y en el mismo extremo, para la colocación de la palanca o empuñadura.
