COMPRENDE: A) PONER EN CONTACTO A UN FLUIDO QUE CONTIENE SOLIDOS SUSPENDIDOS CON UN AGENTE DE FLOCULACION, PARA FLOCULAR A LOS SOLIDOS DISUELTOS EN EL FLUIDO; Y B) SEPARAR A LOS SOLIDOS FLOCULADOS DEL FLUIDO DE SALMUERA MEDIANTE FILTROS DE CARTUCHO O FILTROS PRENSA. LA SALMUERA TIENE UNA DENSIDAD SUPERIOR A 1.677 KG/M Y CONTIENE IONES NA, K, CA, ZN, BA, MG, TE Y MEZCLAS DE LOS MISMOS, Y EL AGENTE FLOCULANTE TIENE DE 10 A 1.000 PPM BASADO EN EL PESO DEL FLUIDO DE SALMUERA DE FLOCULANTE POLIMERO ELEGIDO ENTRE POLIACRILATOS, POLIACRILAMIDAS, METILCELULOSA Y CARBOXIMETILCELULOSA Y DE 500 A 10.000 PPM BASADA EN EL PESO DEL FLUIDO DE SALMUERA DE UN AUXILIAR DE FILTRACION COMO TIERRA DE DIATOMEAS. SE UTILIZAN EN LAS PERFORACIONES DE POZOS DE PETROLEO.
