PROCEDIMIENTO PARA OBTENER UN PREPARADO FARMACEUTICO LIQUIDO DE TEOFILINA DE EFECTOS RETARDADOS. COMPRENDE: A) DILUIR UN FITOCOLOIDE EN AGUA A LA TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION, PARA FORMAR UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DEL MISMO; B) MEZCLAR PARTE DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE FITOCOLOIDE CON UN JARABE, CON AGITACION Y ENTRE 40 Y 60JC; C) ESTABILIZAR LA PARTE RESTANTE DE LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE FITOCOLOIDE A PH NEUTRO; D) DILUIR EL PRINCIPIO ACTIVO TEOFILINA EN LA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE FITOCOLOIDE DE C), ENTRE 40 Y 60JC; Y E) AÑADIR LENTAMENTE CON AGITACION CONTINUA Y A TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE LA SOLUCION DE D) SOBRE LA SOLUCION DE B) PARA LIGAR LA TEOFILINA ACTIVA AL FITOCOLOIDE, FORMAR UN COLOIDE DE FITOCOLOIDE EN LA FASE LIQUIDA DE GEL Y OBTENER UN PREPARADO FARMACEUTICO LIQUIDO. EL FITOCOLOIDE SE DERIVA DE ALGAS MARINAS Y ESTA CONSTITUIDO POR DOS FRACCIONES DE POLISACARIDOS AGAROSA Y AGAROPECTINA FORMADOS POR D-GALACTOSA Y 3,6-ANHIDRO-L-GALACTOSA CON DISTINTOS GRADOS DE POLIMERIZACION; EL JARABE ESTA FORMADO POR EDULCORANTES, AROMATIZANTES, COLORANTES, EXCIPIENTES Y VEHICULOS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES Y EL PRINCIPIO ACTIVO DE TEOFILINA SE ENCUENTRA EN FORMA DE GEL.
