CONSISTE EN EFECTUAR EL LAVADO EN UN LAVADOR VENTURI CON SEPARADOR DE GOTAS CONECTADO A CONTINUACION, POR TRATAMIENTO CON ACIDOS MINERALES NO OXIDANTES, ESPECIALMENTE ACIDO FOSFORICO, SIENDO REGENERADO EL ACIDO DE LAVADO MEDIANTE OXIDACION, DESPUES DEL PROCESO DE LAVADO; DONDE EN CALIDAD DE ACIDO DE LAVADO SE EMPLEA UN ACIDO FOSFORICO AL 70%; DONDE MEDIANTE EL AGENTE OXIDANTE PARA LA REGENERACION DEL ACIDO SE ELIMINA A PARTIR DEL ACIDO DE LAVADO, AL MISMO TIEMPO, EL ACETILENO DISUELTO, Y ESTE SE APORTA A UNA COMBUSTION; Y DONDE LA PORCION DEL ACIDO DE LAVADO PREVIAMENTE DESCARGADA, Y QUE CONTIENE FOSFATO AMONICO, SE ENVIA A UN TRATAMIENTO ULTERIOR PARA FORMAR FERTILIZANTES.
