PROCEDIMIENTO PARA COENCAPSULAR EN VESICULAS LIPICAS UNA PREPARACION DE LIPOSOMA-FARMACO.COMPRENDE: A) FORMAR UNA DISPERSION DE UN LIQUIDO ANFIPATICO EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO; B) COMBINAR LA DISPERSION FORMADA CON UNA FASE ACUOSA QUE LLEVA LOS AGENTES ANTIMICROBIANOS, PARA PRODUCIR UNA MEZCLA BIFASICA; Y C) EMULSIONAR LA FASE ACUOSA Y EVAPORAR EL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO DE LAS MEZCLAS BIFASICAS, PARA OBTENER VESICULAS PLURILAMINARES ESTABLES DE LIPOSOMA-FAMARCO CON DOS AGENTES ANTIMICROBIANOS NO ANTAGONICOS Y EXENTAS DE VESICULAS MULTILAMINARES, DE VESICULAS UNILAMINARES TRATADAS CON ULTRASONIDO Y DE VESICULAS DE EVAPORACION DE FASE INVERSA.
