Abstract
The apparatus (10) utilises a rotary pulse count and is associated with a motor-driven swivel device in the form of a parallelogram guide mechanism (21) with counterweight (22), a further adjustment drive with cam disc and an initiator (34). The additional adjustment drive is caused to move by a second shaft end (31), the pulse generator comprising a cam disc (32) arranged before the initiator (34) with counter (33).
