Abstract

The dialyser has tubular reception elements of a material that is impermeable to the haemodialysis solution which cover the terminal sections of the fibre bundle. Each tubular reception element forms the inner wall of the annular chamber of one of the top ends of the housing and has a belt of ports the ports of which open into the annular chamber directly beside the filling material.
