Abstract
A method is described for separating fused cells which result from the fusion of human cells which are known to produce a specific antibody, or a specific lymphokine, with malignant human companion cells from said companion cells, involving the addition of a specific antiserum which is able to identify antigenic specificities that are unique to the clone and do not react with the non-fused companion cells. After the reaction of the fused cell with the antiserum, the reaction product is separated within 24 hours by means of indirect rosetting.
