METODO PARA FABRICAR UN BASTIDOR O SOPORTE PARA SUPERFICIES REFLECTORAS DE CAPTACION DE SOL O DE RADAR QUE PUEDEN REALIZARSE CON MATERIALES DE CONSTRUCCION ECONOMICOS. SE REALIZA UN MOLDE MACHO PROVISTO DE UNA SUPERFICIE SUPERIOR COMPLEMENTARIA DE LA SUPERFICIE DEL REFLECTOR. A CONTINUACION SE APLICA SOBRE LA SUPERFICIE SUPERIOR DEL MOLDE UNA CAPA DE HORMIGON Y UNO O VARIOS ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO HECHOS DE HORMIGON. EL HORMIGON SE REFUERZA CON FIBRAS DE VIDRIO Y SE APLICA MEDIANTE PULVERIZACION, COLOCANDOSE MOLDES HUECOS PARA QUE LOS ELEMENTOS DE REFUERZO TAMBIEN LO SEAN. AL MENOS UNO DE LOS ELEMENTOS HUECOS DE REFUERZO CONSTITUYE UNA VIGA DE TORSION QUE SE SOMETE A UNA COMPRESION.
