PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE FORMULACIONES VETERINARIAS PARA USO INTRAMAMARIO. SE COMBINA UN VEHICULO, TAL COMO UN ACEITE DEL TIPO DEL ACEITE DE COCO O ACEITE DE ARAQUIDA, CON UNOS INGREDIENTES OPCIONALES TALES COMO HIDROXIESTEARINA, POLISORBATO 80, MONOOLEATO DE SORBITANO, HIDROXIANISOL Y/O SILICE. SE ESTERILIZA LA COMPOSICION ASI OBTENIDA CALENTANDOLA HASTA UNA TEMPERATURA DE 150 C Y MANTENIENDO ESTA TEMPERATURA DURANTE UN TIEMPO DE 1 HORA, TRAS DE LO CUAL SE DEJA ENFRIAR. A LA BASE ASI OBTENIDA SE INCORPORA ISOXAZOLILPENICILINA Y RIFAMPICINA MEDIANTE AGITACION CON ALTO CIZALLAMIENTO, PARA OBTENER LA FORMULACION DESEADA.
