PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCION DE UN ACABADO DE LACA ACRILICA CUYA RESISTENCIA A LA INTEMPERIE Y DURACION SE CONSIGUEN POR ADICION DE ESTABILIZANTES A LA LUZ ULTRAVIOLETA Y ANTIOXIDANTES. CONSISTENTE EN APLICAR AL SUBSTRATO UN PRIMER RECUBRIMIENTO CONSTITUIDO POR UNA SOLUCION DE LACA ACRILICA OBTENIDA POR MEZCLA DE DOS COMPONENTES ACRILICOS EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE, SIENDO LAS CONCENTRACIONES DE CADA UNO DE DICHOS COMPONENTES COMO MINIMO EL 5% DEL PESO TOTAL, Y COMPRENDIENDO DICHO RECUBRIMIENTO POR LO MENOS UN ESTABILIZANTE A LA LUZ ULTRAVIOLETA Y POR LO MENOS UN ANTIOXIDANTE, ASI COMO UN PIGMENTO. SE DEJA SECAR EL SUBSTRATO AL AIRE DURANTE 10 MINUTOS Y SE APLICA UN SEGUNDO RECUBRIMIENTO TRANSPARENTE, CALENTANDOSE EL RECUBRIMIENTO MULTICAPA RESULTANTE DURANTE UNOS 30 MINUTOS A TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 105 Y 165<025>C APROXIMADAMENTE. EL PRIMER RECUBRIMIENTO TIENE UN ESPESOR DE 0,025 MM APROXIMADAMENTE Y EL SEGUNDO DE 0,033 MM APROXIMADAMENTE.
