DE TRICLORURO DE FOSFORO CON UNA CANTIDAD MOLAR 0,1 A 0,999 VECES MAYOR DE CLORO. 2) SE SEPARA POR DESTILACION UNA CANTIDAD AÑADIDA DE 0 HASTA 0,9 VECES MAYOR DE TRICLORURO DE FOSFORO, Y EN TAL CASO SE HACE REACCIONAR PARA FORMAR UNA PAPILLA CRISTALINA DE PC13/PC15 QUE CONSTA DE 50-99,9 POR UN 100 EN MOLES DE PENTACLORURO DE FOSFORO Y SE HACE REACCIONAR ESTA EN UNA SEGUNDA ETAPA A 0 HASTA 150 C. CON UN EXCESO DE CLORO PARA FORMAR PENTACLORURO DE FOSFORO. LA MEZCLA DE LA PRIMERA ETAPA SE TRANSPORTA A UN SEGUNDO REACTOR, EN EL QUE TIENE LUGAR KA REACION DE CLORO EN EXCESO.
