CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR HIDROCLORURO DE CLORURO DE NICOTINOILO E HIDROCLORURO DE GLUCOSMINA EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 1 A 20 HORAS. TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 1 A 20 GRADOS. EL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO EMPLEADO ES PIRIDINA. SE PREPARA UNA MEZCLA DE REACCION A PARTIR DE HIDROCLORURO DE CLORURO DE NICOTILO Y DE PIRIDINA, AÑADIENDOSE POSTERIORMENTE EL HIDROCLORURO DE GLUCOSAMIDA, SE ACTUA POR HIDROLISIS ACIDA EN CALIENTE DE TETRANICOTINATO DE N-NICOTINOILGLUCOSAMIDA. DICHA HIDROLISIS TIENE LUGAR CON CLORURO DEHIDROGENO A 50-60 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS DURANTE CUATRO HORAS.
