Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA REGENERACION DE UN LECHO MEZCLADO Y GASTADO DE RESINAS DE CAMBIO ANIONICO Y CATIONICO QUE TIENEN DISTINTAS DENSIDADES. SE EFECTUA UN PRELAVADO DEL LECHO DE RESINAS, CON LO QUE, POR FLOTACION, SE DISTINGUE UN PRIMER LECHO QUE CONTIENE EN SU MAYOR PARTE GRANULOS DE RESINA DE CAMBIO ANIONICO Y UN SEGUNDO LECHO QUE CONTIENE PRINCIPALMENTE RESINA DE CAMBIO CATIONICO. SOBRE ESTOS DOS LECHOS DE FLOTACION SE EFECTUAN TRES CORTES, SIENDO EL SEGUNDO EL QUE RECOGE UNA MEZCLA DE LOS DOS LECHOS QUE POSTERIORMENTE ES SOMETIDA A SEPARACION POR MEDIOS FISICOS. LAS PORCIONES DE RESINA CATIONICA SEPARADAS SON TRATADAS CON UN ACIDO Y LAS PORCIONES ANIONICAS SON TRATADAS CON UNA BASE, CON LO QUE SE CONSIGUE REGENERARLAS. FINALMENTE, CON LAS RESINAS CATIONICAS Y ANIONICAS REGENERADAS SE FORMA UN NUEVO LECHO DE RESINA MEZCLADA. APLICABLE EN UNIDADES GENERADORAS DE CORRIENTE.
