PROCEDIMIENTO DE OBTENCION DE UNA FORMA DE POLVO CRUDO DE ALMENDRA DE TAMARINDO. CONSTA DE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: 1. CONCENTRACION EN UN 0,1 A 75 POR 100 DE TKP EN AGUA. 2. CALENTAMIENTO DEL AGUA A 35-130GC HASTA QUE LA GOMA DE TAMARINDO SE DISUELVA. 3. SECADO DE LA SOLUCION RESULTANTE. 4. OPCIONALMENTE MOLIDO DEL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO. LA CONCENTRACION DE TKP PUEDE SER DE 20 A 50Y, Y EL AGUA SE CALIENTA A 70-100GC. OPCIONALMENTE SE DISUELVE EN AGUA EL PRODUCTO OBTENIDO A UNA CONCENTRACION DE 3-7 POR 100 PARA PROPORCIONAR UN AGENTE DE ENCOLADO DE LA URDIMBRE.
