Abstract
Un dispositivo asador, caracterizado por que tiene un receptáculo inferior sobre el cual ha de depositarse el producto a asar, estando el fondo de este receptáculo perforado con numerosos orificios relativamente grandes, y una tapa abombada destinada simultáneamente a cubrir el receptáculo y a realizar función de reflector para la concentración del calor sobre la cara superior del producto que se está usando.
