Instrumento o aparato profiláctico dental perfeccionado consistente en un instrumento o aparato de forma especial y que en su parte inferior o mango es hueco y en cuya cavidad interior va una bobina de seda encerada cuyo hilo pasa por un pequeño orificio de salida continuando por otro orificio que le sigue y que da acceso al hilo a la parte superior del aparato; dicho hilo sigue por la izquierda de un disco donde queda aprisionado rígidamente tuerce por la derecha de un punto hacia otro orificio que comunica con las partes dentadas haciendo cruzar el hilo las ranuras existentes en los dos dientes dando asi la vuelta nuevamente por la izquierda del punto hacia la derecha del disco donde queda aprisionado definitivamente para su uso.
