Tenazas simplificadas para desfondar y/o cortar cables eléctricos, caracterizadas esencialmente por estar constituidas por dos brazos, vinculados por un muelle, que se cruzan entre sí; cuyos brazos presentan sus extremos superiores acodados y doblados hacia el interior, para actuar a modo de mordazas, y en cada uno de los bordes transversales respectivos de estas va practicado un corte angular con filo a bisel, y de modo que ambos cortes o filos, que actúan como cuchillas de un juego de tijera, quedan enfrentados entre sí.
