Abstract

Un tentetieso musical, que se caracteriza por que su contrapeso consiste en un aro metálico suspendido rígidamente de la parte alta del cuerpo esférico hueco que forma el elemento de apoyo y basculación especifico del tentetieso; el elemento de suspensión consiste en un tubo de material ligero y rígido que por su borde inferior sujeta al aro perpendicular al eje vertical del muñeco en su posición normal; el propio tubo se fija por su borde superior a una especie de cúpula pegada al casquete superior del propio cuerpo esférico; la cúpula presenta adherido en su centro un anillo, y de este anillo se suspende una varilla metálica basculante, acodada inferiormente y unida radialmente por su extremo inferior en forma rígida a otro anillo metálico de menor diámetro que el fijo ya mencionado; el anillo mayor y fijo presenta ancladas en su cara superior una serie de varillas metálicas de distintas alturas capaces de vibrar y sonar al recibir el choque del anillo menor y basculante.
