Abstract
Un cuchillo de mesa caracterizado por el hecho de constituirle un mango hueco, de sección preferentemente rectangular con caras ligeramente combadas, que sin configurar aristas vivas, se ensancha progresivamente en su extremo de enlace con la hoja, para sufrir luego un achatamiento simétrico asimismo progresivo, del que, sin resaltos, continúa la hoja del cuchillo dando la sensación de que el conjunto es de una sola pieza.
