Abstract

Un dispositivo para facilitar la ebullición de la leche y evitar su derrame cuando hierve, que en su esencialidad consiste en un disco de vidrio, cristal u otro material apropiado, limitado por un bordón o toro establecido oblicuamente en relación al referido disco, y dicho bordón, en el punto correspondiente a la máxima profundidad del disco por ambas caras, y, por tanto, diametralmente opuestas entre sí, presenta un refundido, paso o escotadura para dar entrada al líquido a la cara inferior del dispositivo cuando este se coloca en el fondo del recipiente que contiene la leche que se ha de hervir.
