Ventana, guillotina basculante, caracterizada por disponer de dos cuerpos combinados, el superior basculante en eje horizontal y el inferior de guillotina, de modo que el ajuste central de ambos cuerpos se realiza por medio de cinco perfiles metálicos, tres de ellos móviles y dos fijos constituyendo un cuerpo tubular central; ejerciéndose el cierre por doble contacto y forzando a la corriente de aire de escape a pasar a través de la cámara intermedia y de dos zonas de contacto de perfiles, con lo que queda prácticamente anulada dicha corriente.
