Registrador automático reproductor gráfico de las variaciones de nivel de líquidos caracterizado por estar constituido por un cilindro donde se sujeta la hoja de papel que ha de llevar la inscripción correspondiente a los cambios de nivel; de un mecanismo isocrónico que da movimiento a este cilindro y de un lápiz accionado por un tornillo de paso cruzado a dos filetes que a su vez recibe el movimiento transmitido de la boya o flotador por intermedio de unas poleas.
