Abstract

Un protector de quita y pon para mecheros de gas, caracterizado por constituirle una pieza circular metálica que teniendo un diámetro adecuadamente mayor que la embocadura del mechero en que debe adaptarse, presenta su superficie superior ligeramente convexa y la inferior ligeramente cóncava, configurándose en esta última un ranurado regular radial periférico determinativo de canales que desembocan en el borde, haciéndolo cada una de ellas entre pequeños dientes orientados hacia abajo formando una valona quebrada, cuales dientes tienen un grueso que va en disminución desde su arranque hasta su borde determinándose en este una arista viva, existiendo además en la cara interna del protector adecuados relieves o un simple muelle central apropiados para evitar su caída por resbalamiento.
