Abstract

procedimiento de moldeo de paneles de fibras de madera para la conformación de objetos, según el cual se pegan las fibras por medio de una resina fenólica polimerizable y se efectúa el moldeo en dos etapas de presión separadas por una descompresión, caracterizado porque se efectúa el prensado en plano de un panel de base a un temperatura inferior a la temperatura de endurecimiento de la resina, una inmersión del panel plano en agua a 90 ºC aproximadamente hasta la impregnación del núcleo, y porque se efectúa el moldeo a una temperatura sensiblemente igual a la temperatura de endurecimiento de la resina, según una primera etapa de presión que comprende un ascenso progresivo de presión que puede alcanzar 30 segundos aproximadamente, y una segunda etapa de presión que incluye un ascenso rápido de presión y un segundo umbral mantenido durante un tiempo suficiente para el endurecimiento de la resina.
