Abstract

Máquina lavavajillas para bares, restaurantes y comunidades, que comprende un cuerpo principal provisto de una tina, en la cual se aloja un cestito destinado a contener las vajillas; una cubierta esencialmente de forma troncónica o similar par el cerrado de la tina durante el funcionamiento; medios de rociado alojados sobre el fondo de la tina y especialmente dirigidos hacia arriba; un circuito de lavado, caracterizada por el hecho de que la cubierta está sujeta con charnelas al cuerpo de la máquina, estando dotada de medios suplementarios de rociado alojados en el fondo de la tina y especialmente dirigidos hacia abajo, estando previstos unos conductos flexibles que conectan tales medios suplementarios de rociado con el circuito de lavado, respectivamente con el circuito de enjuagado, y el filtro está constituido por un elemento de cesto y por un disco destinado a ser insertado en el elemento de cesto, presentando ambos elementos juegos de formas diversas.
