Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de un conductor eléctrico aislado con pasta papelera, del tipo que comprende la fase de encerrar un conductor eléctrico es un recubrimiento; caracterizado porque comprende las fases de: exponer el conductor eléctrico recubierto durante un periodo de tiempo predeterminado a una primera temperatura, por lo que el conductor se seca parcialmente para hacerlo virtualmente hidroinsoluble y esencialmente no pegajoso; encerrar el conductor eléctrico recubierto en una cubierta aislante de material de pasta papelera con un contenido de humedad relativamente elevado y situandolo concéntricamente alrededor del conductor; y exponer el recubrimiento y la cubierta de material de pasta papelera durante un periodo de tiempo predeterminado a una segunda temperatura prácticamente mayor que la primera temperatura para reducir virtualmente el contenido de humedad de la cubierta de material de pasta papelera y para secar aún más y adherir el recubrimiento.
