Abstract

Un núcleo de resortes para colchones y similares, constituido por varias filas de resortes o muelles formadas cada una por un alambre de muelle y dotadas de muelles helicoidales arrollados alternativamente a derecha y a izquierda, cada uno de los cuales consta de espiras de cabeza y de base y de un cuerpo de arrollamiento intermedio con, preferiblemente, dos espiras, estando configuradas en forma de U las partes de los muelles helicoidales destinadas a la formación de las espiras de cabeza y de base, estando situadas las patas rectas de la U y también el puente recto, paralelamente a las direcciones longitudinal y transversal, en los planos de limitación superior e inferior del núcleo de muelles, estando enganchados uno dentro de otro cuerpos de arrollamiento respectivos enfrentados entre sí, arrollados a derecha y a izquierda, en la zona de uno de sus dos planos de arrollamiento y estando unidas entre sí las filas de muelles a través de hélices que discurren transversalmente y que están dispuestas paralelamente una a otra, caracterizado porque las hélices están situadas a la altura de los puntos de enganche y, en la zona de enganche, abrazan a las espiras de los cuerpos de arrollamiento que se enganchan una en otra.
