Abstract

Procedimiento y aparato quemador para caldear y fundir una carga de material no ferroso en un horno, utilizando combustible líquido, aire pulverizador y aire de combustión sin contaminar la carga con el combustible líquido, procedimiento caracterizado porque comprende las fases de: mezclar el combustible líquido y el aire pulverizador combinar el combustible líquido pulverizado con aire de combustión, hacer fluir la mezcla de combustible líquido, aire pulverizador y aire de combustión, mezclar con turbulencia la mezcla con un dispositivo de turbulencia y quemar la mezcla evaporada en la cámara de combustión.
