Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en máquinas extrusoras de masas cerámicas, del tipo que realizan operaciones de amasado, pre compresión, subdivisión de la masa a la entrada de una cámara de vacío, compresión y extrusión final a través de un molde o hilera convencional, todo ello son un sólo motor de accionamiento, caracterizados esencialmente por el hecho de que consisten en dotar a la máquina de dos ejes únicamente, uno principal y otro secundario, de los cuales el principal lleva incorporadas por este orden: las palas situadas frente a la entrada de masa para su primer amasado, hélices de pre compresión, medios para obturación de dicha masa a la entrada de la cámara de vacío y para subdividirla si en necesario, para de amasado en el interior de dicha cámara y hélice para la extrusión final, en tanto que el eje secundario está situado en paralelo y próximo al anterior, girando a la misma velocidad pero en sentido contrario, y que dispone a su vez de palas de amasado, hélices de pre compresión medios deobturación y de subdivisión si fuese necesario y palas de amasado en el vacío, todo ello en perfecta correspondencia de posiciones en relación al eje principal y cuyo eje secundario, más corto, finaliza en el interior de la cámara de vacío.
