Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar N-ciano- y N alquinil-2-(fenoxi sustituido) butiramidas, de fórmulas:**(formula-01)** en la que X se elige entre cloro, bromo, tiociano y metilo y R se elige entre metilo, etilo y metoximetilo; y **(formula-02)** en la que X se elige entre bromo y metilo y R se elige entre hidrógeno y metilo; caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) hacer reaccionar un ácido alifático alfa-halo- sustituido, de formula:**(formula-03)** en la que hal es cloro o bromo, con fosgeno, en presencia de dimetilformamida con catalizador, para dar el correspondiente cloruro de ácido de fórmula: **(formula-04)**b) hace reaccionar dicho cloruro de ácido con un compuesto elegido entre las aminas de fórmulas VII y VIII **(formula-05)** en la que R es metilo, etilo o metoximetilo; y una amina de fórmula:**(formula-06) en la que R es hidrogeno metilo, en presencia de una base orgánica, para dar la correspondiente alfa-haloalquilamida; y c) hacer reaccionar esta amina con la sal de un fenol de fórmula:**(formula-07)** en la que X se define como anteriormente, para dar las amidas deseadas de formulas I y II.
