Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:Trans-butenophenone derivatives of formula I (Ar is phenyl, naphthyl, furyl, or thienyl that may be substituted with alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, or halogens R<1> is lower alkyl, adamantyl R<2> is alkyl). EXAMPLE:N-(4-phenyl-4-oxo-2-trans-butenyl)-N,N-diethylamine hydrobromide. USE:Medicines for remedy and preventive of thrombosis in heart and brains, because they have strong activity inhibiting the coagulation of blood platelets. PREPARATION:In an example, a metal compound of propargylamine derivative is made to act on an aldehyde derivative of Ar-CHO to form an alkynolamine derivative of formula II, which is reduced to a trans-alkenolamine derivative of formula III. Then it is oxidized to the objective compound of formula I.
