Abstract

A device for the production of a bouclé type fancy yarn comprises two off-center rotating members (9, 14) engaging, via off-center bearings (22, 26), a central element (24) which thus remains stationary. The central element (24) carriers a triangular tool (54) having a lower extension (54A) flanked by two entraining means e.g. rollers (60A, 60B). An effect yarn (E) is fed by one of the rotating members 9 in order to form turns around the tool and its extension. A first core yarn (F1), which acts as a binding yarn, is fed along the extension (54A) to pass within the turns of the effect yarn, while a second core yarn engages the effect yarn turns from the outside.
