Abstract
Improvements in the cooling systems of electrical transformers, characterized in that a container is available, air-tight, having an amount of condensable refrigerant filling a portion of the container; inserting part of the transformer elements into the container and in contact with a portion of the refrigerant, said transformer having at least one conduit, which extends through a portion thereof to receive said refrigerant and adding molecular sieve material to the container to remove moisture from the coolant.
