Abstract
Un sistema de regulación de tiempo operado por vacío para utilizar con un circuito eléctrico accesorio de un motor de combustión interna que tiene un manantial de vacío variable, caracterizado porque dicho sistema incluye un conmutador o interruptor eléctrico conectado en dicho circuito accesorio; medios de motor de vacío conectados a dicho conmutador, que hacen que dicho conmutador se cierre por debajo de un primer valor de depresión subatmosférica seleccionado en dichos medios de motor; un estrangulador de flujo que comunica con dichos medios de motor de vacío; en el que la mejora comprende un regulador de vacío comunicable con la atmósfera ambiente, con dicho manantial de vacío variable y con dichos medios de motor de vacío, incluyendo dicho regulador medios que limitan la evacuación de dichos medios de motor a un segundo valor seleccionado de depresión subatmosférica inferior a dicho primer valor seleccionado de depresión mientras dicho motor de combustión interna es operativo, independientemente de la variación del nivel o valor de dicho manantial de vacío, incluyendo además dicho regulador de vacío medios dispuestos para permitir el sangrado o escape de aire de dichos medios de motor de vacío a través de dicho estrangulador de flujo cuando dicho motor de combustión interna se hace inoperante; con lo que dicho conmutador es retenido en estado cerrado durante un intervalo de tiempo seleccionado después de que dicho motor se hace inoperante.
