Abstract
The device for implanting human hair has a pistol grip with two prongs projecting from the barrel or body portion onto which is mounted a carrier from which project forwards a row of needles. This carrier can be mounted on and released from the prongs, by means of a mechanism actuated by a trigger. The prongs are resilient and curved in opposite directions and the release mechanism has a collar which slides along the non parallel part of the prongs, so as to force them together and release them. The carrier has two holes through which the prongs are inserted. The release mechanism has a pusher between the grip and the collar. Across the top of the carrier is a roller under which the hairs are guided to the needles.
