Un procedimiento para la producción del derivado aglicona del A-35512 factor B, caracterizado por: a) cultivar Streptomyces candidus NRRL 8156 o un mutante del mismo productor de A-35512 en un medio de cultivo que contenga fuentes asimilables de hidrato de carbono, nitrógeno y sales inorgánicas, en condiciones de fermentación aerobia sumergida, hasta que se ha producido una cantidad sustancial de actividad antibiótica; *** Ver imagen
