Un taco de cuero para telares, especialmente reformado, caracterizado esencialmente por el hecho de que siendo un taco de tipo normal, se le establece o añade un refuerzo destinado a evitar la flexión y rotura del puente del taco, y cuyo refuerzo colocado, ocluido en el interior del mismo, rodea el hueco del contorno del repetido puente, no permitiendo este refuerzo flexar en sentido de la altura ni de anchura, evitando el deterioro por flexión o rotura del cuerpo del taco.
