Abstract

Un dispositivo de ensayo para la determinación de la densidad relativa u osmolalidad de una muestra de líquido, que comprende: una matriz soporte que tiene incorporada al menos un número eficaz de microcápsulas que tienen paredes de membranas polímeras semipermeables y osmóticamente frágiles que encapsulan en ellas una sustancia colorante, siendo capaces dichas microcápsulas de liberar su contenido encapsulado para producir un cambio de color por la presencia de un gradiente osmótico previamente seleccionado.
