Abstract
"Perfeccionamientos en la patente principal n. 451.109, por método de obtención de antisueros y anticuerpos para diagnostico y tratamiento del cáncer", basado en la comprobación de la similitud inmunológica entre la inmunoglobulina IgG humana y la inmunoglobulina IgG de cerdo, y su tolerancia por el ser humano, caracterizado por el hecho de que permite preparar antisueros que contengan determinados anticuerpos para ser administradas a pacientes con deficiencias en la producción de dichos anticuerpos por su sistema inmune, no solo para diagnosis y terapéutica de afecciones cancerosas, sino también como inmunización pasiva como terapia en un espectro mucho más amplio, permitiendo obtener cantidades de inmunoglobulina de IgG de cerdo suficientes para un amplio uso en inmunización pasiva, sin las limitaciones, en cuanto a cantidad, que la falta de donantes supone para la inmunoglobulina humana y con contenido de anticuerpos específicos contra una amplia variedad de antígenos de un carácter quepueden o no ser vacunados a los seres humanos, debido a limitaciones éticas o legales.
