Abstract
Procedure for preparing a graft copolymer dispersion, characterized in that a monomer selected from vinyl chloride, vinyl bromide, vinylidene chloride and vinylidene bromide is polymerized in situ at a temperature of between 50 and 90ºC. a polyol blend containing approximately 0.1 to 5.0 moles of unsaturation per mole of polyol blend in the presence of a free radical catalyst.
